What oils do you use?

During treatments, I use carefully selected, high-quality oils – including 100% natural options as well as aromatic blends. My collection includes:

  • sweet almond, coconut, and grapeseed oils
  • arnica oil (great for relieving pain and tension)
  • essential oils like lavender and sweet orange – perfect for relaxation and mood support
  • revitalising blends with eucalyptus, peppermint or clove – ideal for fatigue or muscle tightness

If you have allergies, sensitive skin, or personal preferences – just let me know. I'll be happy to tailor the treatment and use the type of oil that suits you best: natural, or semi-synthetic.
