You Must fill out my consent form prior to any UVB Light Therapy!

Starting 1st May 2025, I am introducing UVB light therapy using professional narrowband UVB lamps (311–313 nm) to support the treatment of psoriasis, vitiligo, eczema, atopic dermatitis, and other skin conditions.

Duration
Each session lasts from 2 to 15 minutes – time is tailored individually to your skin type and therapeutic recommendations.

Recommended frequency
2–3 times per week with breaks between sessions.

Safe, non-invasive, and effective.

Take care of your skin in a relaxing and professional atmosphere.

At our studio, we offer advanced UVB light therapy, using medical-grade phototherapy lamps identical to those found in dermatology clinics. This proven treatment is effective for psoriasis, vitiligo, atopic dermatitis, and various other skin conditions.

How does UVB therapy work?
Narrowband UVB light (311–313 nm) penetrates the epidermis, slowing the excessive division of skin cells and reducing inflammation. The result is healthier skin – less flaking, relief from itching, and calmer flare-ups.

My equipment
Standing lamp – perfect for full-body treatments. The procedure lasts just a few minutes and is completely painless.

Safety & comfort
All treatments are supervised and performed under the highest hygiene and safety standards. The exposure time is adjusted individually depending on the skin type and client's needs.

Guidelines for Narrowband UVB Lamps (311–313 nm):

Treatment frequency
2–3 times per week, with at least one day off between sessions (e.g., Monday – Wednesday – Friday).

Exposure time

  • Starts at 30 seconds to 1 minute per skin area
  • Gradually increases in later sessions, up to a maximum of 5 minutes per area (sometimes longer for persistent lesions – always with caution)
  • A full-body session should not exceed 15 minutes in total

Important notes

  • Exposure time depends on your skin phototype (lighter skin = shorter time)
  • Skin must not be tanned or irritated
  • Eyes must be protected with special UV goggles
  • If redness appears similar to sunburn, pause treatment for several days
  • UVB light therapy – a natural path to healthier skin

We invite you to experience this well-established method in a calm, professional setting.
